Recruitment

CSfC usually advertise positions in the local Reading newspapers and online via Indeed. Our aim is to create experienced, committed, compassionate and passionate teams of people to work with our children and young people from a whole range of backgrounds, cultures, ages and genders and in line with our personal specification. Please note that we will always be interested in hearing from anyone who is genuinely interested in our work, either experienced or otherwise. We are wholly committed to our staff group and received the Investors in Peopleaward of 2004, successfully reviewed in May 2007, 2010 and 2013.

We would like to hear from staff who are interested in joining a therapeutic community regardless of experience. We provide excellent opportunities for training and a warm, friendly and supportive atmosphere to practice in.

Application forms and job descriptions\person specifications can be downloaded from this site. Please state which position you are interested in. Alternatively, contact Ravjit Sangra on 01189 497313 for an informal discussion or choose from the people in the Contact Us section.
